Judah's Baptism

Grandma, Grandpa, Nana, and Granny
were able to be here for Judah's big day.

And here we have Pastor Miner and Pastor Shomo.
Karen wants to state for the record that Judah originally had on the "cutest" little pair of shoes, but kicked them off some time during the morning's festivities.

And I will establish my covenant between me and you and your offspring after you throughout their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be God to you and to your offspring after you. - Genesis 17:7

Congratulations! It was a very special day!

Judah apparently likes a more informal worship environment. He'll grow up to make a fine evening service attender!

I also want to say it was a privilege to be part of this special day. It is an awesome (in the old fashioned sense of the word) thing that God makes such promises to us and allows our children to be set apart in his eyes.

Ken,

Yes, Judah definitely tends to dress casually. I don't know if he is just trying to be like Daddy, or if he really does like frogs, and monkeys, and trucks, and baseballs, and bears, and phrases like "sweet pea" and "Daddy's Little Helper" on his shirts. We'll see what happens when he starts dressing himself.
